Ah! I think Uyo is even the cheapest online, I'm not exactly sure but I think I remember seeing N15,500 for the 32pages passport. Please check via the website to know for sure

The point is this, at the office they ask who do you pay through? when you say online' they tell you to meet online for help...

It’s just sad, coz the price they ask you to pay at the office is different from online not to mention the up-sale of “expresss service” that they’ll miss out on if you do it online. That’s why they give people hell if they do it online

Yes you can pick anyone, even a different state, as long as you can show up there when asked to come for capturing and collection

What's the difference between the official passport and standard passport?
Official passport is reserved for govt officials and diplomats, while the standard passport is for regular citizens

I'm not quite sure about how that works, I'll advice you visit their office for the right guidance cos your case is not so common

Nice one tho back then when I did mine I pay 40k but all the process was done one day and I collected my passport that same day. Mine is expiring next year September. But if I want to do renewal will I still provide all those birth certificate, local government of origin, passport photograph and the police report?
No you shouldn't, I've never renewed but I don't expect all that process over again as your data is already on record, it will just be payment and reprinting

Standard is the only option for pretty much everyone, official is basically for government officials
Please I've registered and paid, and I've printed out my appointment date, my receipt, my form but I've been trying to print my guarantors form but each time I fill in the application number and reference number, it says the application not found and I should check parameters. I've been trying and it's not working. Help me
Don't bother about that then, as long as you have your appointment date, go for capturing and explain the issue to them, they should be able to do it for you or bypass it and finish the process

Before I renewed my passport to e passport I still have 10months validity it’s almost a month I renewed it and I have not gotten it and I want to make use of it in the Uk embassy can I used that my old passport to get the visa then u cancel the old passport wen am going to get the new one

I have the 32, the difference is just the number of pages, if you are a frequent traveler then you'd save more going for the 64, coz if you exhaust the 32pages quickly you'd have to renew

Yes there's at least an office in every state, but if you can't find one from the drop down, you'll have to choose the closest state to you as your processing state

Yea I'll advice you go to the office, coz these people are very slow, you might be ready for capturing but they'll just sit on it. So if it's been one week go to the office

Hi Kuchee, the NIS reopened international passport registration online on the 8th of June last year, in response to the pandemic and how it changed things, before then everyone had to go to the immigration office for this as you may already know.
I understand your skepticism, and I'll advice you go to the nearest immigration office to apply if you're not comfortable doing it online, while there you can also make enquiries about the validity of the online application.
I did the research though and made the enquiries, but it's smart to do your own research 👍🏾

I just tried appying now, but the fees I'm seeing is about 17k, is it that the price reduced or maybe I was in a wrong website ?
Double check that you didn't select renewal, or fewer pages, 32 pages is cheaper than 64, there are so many factors that influence the price so check and make sure you've selected the right options, of the site is confusing to you I'd suggest you take the stress of visiting the office
Depends on your state…. Some states are cheaper
