Q is primarily a great defensive character, if you play the turtle game against your opponent you will see wonders, the more you play the more your reflexes and reads grow, just like any other character with huge boxes you'll have to master parrying, and it will pay greatly. The best example of a turtle Q player was and still Kuroda. He doesn't rush things at all while feasting on his opponents misreads and whiffs. Q compensate for his lack of good buttons with great damage setups along with a crazy taunt feature and even crazier kara throw/command grab range.

fireballs in general suck in 3rd strike kicks got nothing good about besides maybe chip dmg and bird kick is only good when you have no super
He didn’t have super to punish and none of her specials are actually good. Her normals are op and plus they build more super even on whiff
