WARRIOR CATS INFECTION AU BABY!!!
Premise: The “Infection”, or what is known as “The evil eye” among the clans, comes from the Dark Forest.
When Brambleclaw killed Hawkfrost, the fox trap was able to reach into the Dark Forest, having the infection cling onto Hawkfrost even after death.
Time passes, and Hawkfrost and Tigerstar finally see a cat easy enough to have their infection spread, Ivypool. Her envy towards her sister Dovewing meant that she would do anything to make her look bad.
Tiger and Hawk give Ivy a mouse, which led Ivy to believe it was spoiled fresh kill (and at the time, Ivy didn't know this mouse was covered in the infection), and she thought making Dove sick would be a good way to release her anger towards her.
But little did Ivy know, she would end up regretting that impulsive decision…

They are somewhat smart for an infection AU...they can plan, they can regroup, they can even trick healthy cats into following the infected letting the healthy think they still have some conciseness left and trick the healthy cats into infecting themselves or others...yikes. The infection can also infect dead animals, as well as other animals such as mice, which healthy cats might mistake for safe-to-eat food, which...no, no it isn't. It has a freaking disease that turns the cats into intelligent zombies.
It's also probably better for the infected that they don't kill healthy cats, nor the infection doesn't seem to kill the cats already infected because that means they can spread even farther than an infection that does kill its hosts or makes the infected cats kill the healthy cats. Just imagine all of what I said in this comment applies in a real-life apocalypse...would you stand a chance?
I’m normally chill with horror, but this genuinely HORRIFIED ME. Stretchy jaws and small white eyes with weird pupils are some of my favourite things. LOVE THIS AND IM SO EXCITED TO SEE THE FINAL MAP

That first shot of infected Hawk when hes looking down at Ivy is CHILLING. The analog horror nut in me is screaming, this is gonna be awesome!!!

This is actually TERRIFYING. I don’t even know if I’ll be able to watch the final map, which is pretty crazy because I can take a lot of horror. Awesome job, this is awesome!

Applied! This MAP is honestly so sickening, so treacherous, it's genuinely unlike any MAP I've seen on this platform. There's always been horror themed MAPS yet the designs are just so striking! The theme of the "Infection" sounds so daunting!!
I applied! I absolutely love this idea! The way the infected cats are drawn definitely reminds me of analog horror. The soulless eyes just add an element of human resemblance that is terrifyingly fantastic, great work!!

@CannonZeroKiryu Nah snakes are fine cause they have snouts and cute little eyes, I'm talking about something like SCP - Shy Guy, the moment in the Ouija board movie when the girl is possessed or that ghost girl from Coraline with her stretched out permanent jaw in an uncanny way, snakes don't have permanent elongated jaws lol

I'm genuinely scared of the storyboard, but thats not stopping me (even though I'm gonna be scared sh**less of the parts)! But fr I love this concept and the designs. Hawk and tiger and jay (all infected) scare me the most, the others though I actually quite enjoy. If I don't get a part I'll be holding this map at at least an arms distance away lol
