He said it too bad but it doesnt sound like that
Srsly disappointed
Also they have to specify because Egyptian speak Arabic and have been doing so for centuries so he’s speaking in the language we used before that
@benmitchell2055edward doesn’t speak welsh in the game and English is his primary language

Hearing Arno if French sounds better than their English counter part. No offense to the English VA’s but hearing it in French sounds so much better. Even for Altair speaking Arabic sounds good
Arno's VA in English is a Canadian guy he does a good English accent imo despite Arno being French, the French dub is by Maël Davan-Soulas.

Ezio has literal italian dub why would you use a scene dubbed in english where he speaks italian wth?, idk as a italian i could never bring myself to play the games in english because Ezio just sounds weird and goofy his italian "accent" is so weird and the random italian words n stuff, so it's the only AC game i played in my native language.
His English voice actors sound amazing but I understand hearing someone speak another language that you aren't used to then speaking
@@uniquecorgileI agree that the voice actor did an amazing job, i found ezio voice still pretty charming in english but the accent and the random italian words were the thing that i couldnt stand for how i am personally.
@@Atlan73I always think of it as the Animus not knowing how to flesh out what is going on when they're speaking so it uses both Desmonds native language and Ezio's native language.
Roger Craig smith does a phenomenal job as ezio so you’re missing out
@@JackycakesV2 I know he does a great job, i did play the game in english just once, his dub is great, but i simply find it too annoying (the italian accent and things) obviously it's my personal preference, and i do think he is a great voice actor.
Malaka is all i need lmfao
Shay be like :😢
Cuz we all know he is already the best ❤️
Yes, but for Ezio you could have used the Italian dubbing, not that fake accent 😂
The voice actor for Ezio (Roger Craig Smith) and a few of the other voice actors (Mario's being one of them) were going to do a more accurate Italian accent and Roger even researched the Florentine/Tuscan accent in preparation. Unfortunately, the studio deemed it potentially offensive and stereotypical and had him and the rest of the voice actors change it to a "semi-Italian" accent. It's weird, but Roger makes up for it by giving a good performance.
Altair spoke with such broken arabic that i couldn't understand him and the last person (va for basim) spoke perfectly
Till Assassin's Creed Revelations where Cas Anvar voiced Altaïr.
in Al-Tair they chose American actor trying to speak Arabic That's why the sound was so bad. In Bassem, they brought a real Arab actor, so his voice was amazing. > Wisdom does not bring people who are not Arabs to play the role of Arabs.
Yes, because they chose American actor trying to speak Arabic. In Bassem, they brought a real Arab actor, so his voice was amazing
I am curious on why isn’t Liberations, Freedoms cry, Rogue and Chronicles, Rogue characters are shown in this?
Liberations and Freedom cry are DLC, Chronicles is a spin off, and rogue is often outshone by the others
@@XaviarTheBoss oh that make sense, as I was just curious why didn’t they add them
As an Italian that's not a native Italian pronunciation
I am not even a native Italian speaker and I could tell. Glad I didn't speak Italian when I first played the game. Sheesh.
@@CaesarLvcivsIf you replay the game one day, my advice is to play it in Italian, with English subtitles.
Roger Craig Smith actually wanted to do a more authentic Italian accent, but the studio thought it sounded too "stereotypical" and "potentially offensive" to Italians 🙄 and so they coached the voice actors to change the accent and justify it by saying, "well it was six-hundred years ago and accents change." I kind of wish they got the cast to do more authentic Italian accents, but I kind of get it. I can admit accents do indeed change (just look at American accents and how much they've changed in less than three-hundred years), I just don't like why they didn't go for it.
@@austinkersey2445 Well, I can tell that the accent they gave to Ezio is quite annoying to hear ahahah
@@daniel2001migale Yeah, I've only been learning Italian for about a year or so and I can tell that it's a bit odd. It makes me want to hear what the original one Roger came up with sounded like for it to necessitate being changed.
Arno is french so his name should be spelled "Arnaud" even though it would be pronounced the same way
the french used to write the "au" as just "o" to make it simpler, the same goes for other pronounciations like "er/ez" was just "é" and so on...
