Some one should be absolutely mad to quote 75 lakh per acer. Let's do basic math 5*75 = 3.75 Cr.
You will get 22.5 lakhs in saving bank deposit
You will get 28 lakhs in Indian govt treasury bill
You will get 35 lakhs in Corporate bonds
You will get 39 lakhs in Wintwealth SSB bonds, keep in mind all these are relatively safer options compared to equity mutual funds which can give returns up to 45 to 52 lakhs per year (12% to 14% returns) whereas with this 5 acre land max inflated income will be 10 lakh per year. If we exclude labour charge maintenance costs, what you get will be for less. Valuation of 75 multiples of yearly earning is total madness
