Growing up with Austrian parents this was also our main family meal!!....& sometimes we would just have the schnitzel with fried potatoes or noodles.....I could never buy the pre crumbed meat at the supermarket!! nothing beats homemade!...Love Love Love xXx

what you cooked is not schnitzel,is POR tenderloin cottlets. A SCHMITZLE IS IS ALWAYS: DREDCHED I FLOUR, BEATEN EGGS LAST IN BVREADCRUMBS, ALSO POUNDED THIN, WIENER SCHNITZEL. YOUR MOTHER IS ADORABLE, SMART AND WISE. I'M 86 YEARS OLD,AND DO NOT KNOW A QUARTER OF WHAT SHE KNOWS. I LIKE HOW SHE EXPLAINS HERSELF,TRY TO HELP HER,WHE SHE GETS STUCK TO TELL IN ENGLISH. Schnitzels have to be pounded thin and breaded in flour, egg and bread crumbs.
Snicol is the snicol,cremenaddl is the same it is baba is upravoo how to cook them ,pork is pork use it how you see it.
We call Schnitzel...Schnitzel...lol pronounced Shnit-zel
