My anxiety is caused by resistance to what I don't want to have as part of my experience. When I deny my presence because of something I don't understand fear has an element of capturing me and my potentials.

I have heard many times over that, anxiety usually happens when your not aligned with something within yourself, or within your life. I have pin pointed exactly why I get anxiety and I always get it about 24 hrs before I get into an argument with the guy I've been dating for 4 yrs! I'm all about peace and love and anything outside of that, can cause me anxiety... the human body, mind and spirit is absolutely amazing and incredible 🙌
Step into and beyond the fear
Me too same effect... I resist and hate things I don't like.... Not all time... Most times I just keep quiet.. sometimes I think i have crossed the boundary of mind... But fall.down at double the speed
Live in the moment and take baby steps of your steps to action! Focus and architect your action to whatever you want to skill!
What a profound thought and statement. I listened to this video this morning and now again. The whole day each time I looked at anything I thought to myself I am looking at the divine. Something very interesting started happening when I did this. I started to feel less and less separate from what I was perceiving. So this must mean I am the divine creating the divine. Thank you for your message. It gave me a glimpse of something I have never seen or felt before ❤🙏🏼

When I was about 16 I had a download about God and energy. I came to realize that we are essentially our own God. If God is energy, and we are energy, then how are we not all not our own God, right? We are all one. We are all energy and we are all connected and the same. It's actually super amazing to think about. Thinking about the stays and galaxies and planets and I can help but think of the human body.

I guess you are referring to Buddha’s explanation of the 5 aggregates which make up sensory perception of a label: form, feeling, perception, fabrications, and consciousness. When you perceive in such a way it detaches the attachment to objects and connections!
You see as is,the objects or the person without attachment which illuminates the mind without judgement, and attachment !
Thinking about it, it de-stresses you!

How does one bring that goodness, love n beauty to racists? Ie I'm dealing with systemic racism of a system here d.a., sheriff's, dr's etc. Evidence found by the state department - I do not wish for more of our murdered and missing. Meanwhile, I don't wish our people to come back with anger or ugliness as that only feeds the ugliness. So I wonder how do I speak with the racist with love. I tried to in a meeting and the d.a. threw me out and wanted the sheriff to remove me forcefully. All I said was how would you expect this to be handled if this happened to one of your children - and that I am someone's daughter.

All things are one. You are placing a label and forgetting that. Treat everyone as you would be treated.
You are explaining that the divine is beyond sense perception, beyond reason, right? Every experience happens within us, that is, the same sunset, the same iphone, the same book, and everything else happens to everyone watching but each of us will have a different experience. Are you showing that there is an existential experience, knowledge is existential, is it an existential experience? Accessing this "divine" does not depend on intellect or data and goes beyond all that, beyond comparisons, beyond judgments, beyond what we identify with, etc, etc, etc... That's what you're pointing out here, my dear Deepak? I had to calm my intellect to write the comment... and feel the experience... Thank you, I really like that. You point out good experiences. ❤️🙏💙
