This generation of people who travel and put all their information online. People come here and just keep quiet. Yes some content creators speak a bit too much and should be careful of sharing their personal information online
Regarding the Tiamiyu issue, If we look at it from a different angle there was nothing new in what Tiamiyu shared in hisninterview that the UK govt wasnt already aware of, they have the data as to how many people were coming in and remain in the Uk, it just suited the goverment agenda at that time and thats why they stayed silent, and now they need to fufil another agenda and they are closing shop. Uk/Canada will always do whats best for them as a governemnt. Also on the issue of people rejoicing as to bad things happening to bloggers, of all the good things the internet came with, it also came with an avenue for people to bring out their most savage and disgusting side while remaining anonymous. I will advice bloggers to be cautious and if they cant tune out negatitive comments ,invest in their mental well being, cos this internet is just full of savegery.
Like you said the UK government already knew everything he said but for him to go and validate it, was a No No! They used him as a scapegoat goat. He wasn’t smart enough to read in between the lines to know he was being set up. He probably was just happy that he was going to be on BBC and become more famous.
My dear that's how the world is, there will always be people that will either be happy with your happiness, sad when you are sad and there will always be people that are not happy with your success and will celebrate at your down fall. But whatever the case is don't stop being good.
Truth be told, many people are all about clout. Not everyone smiling at you is after your progress. I care less about Tiamiyu or his existence. I'm glad you are cautious about what you share. I have seen firsthand how a society can become so morally bankrupt both mentally and morally that people have become wicked, and evil and would go to lengths to bring others down. When you study international politics and policies and how systems are built, work, and fail, it's easy to just focus on your drive and let others be. A private life is golden and in these days of data as the new gold keep things private.
9:42 Yes, most times we overshare as content creators. I personally think I'm an oversharer but to be honest, vague content is not helpful and has little value. If you say you are helping people follow a process and you don't go into details about what that process entails, then you are not really helping anyone. Except maybe if you launch a course or service where people then contact you privately and pay for the detailed info... But at that point, it is no longer content creation but consultancy. Even for us lifestyle creators, videos that remain vague and where you are hiding so many things and not explaining what is going on are not enjoyable to watch. We actually need to be more careful about the info we put out there and it's a difficult balance to strike. I personally am taking a step back from oversharing but to remain relatable and interesting, I will still have to share more than the average person. That's just how this space is.
I am very close to Emdee on personal level. Emdee is still in the UK intact excelling in his career and living his dream family life . I don’t know where people get wrong informations from and always wish bad things happen to people Chai
Asy don't worry about our opinions ooo, humans can not be satisfied.even Jesus who came to die for our sins was criticised and crusified...Try your best and do what pleases your maker.
Asy the truth is that humans are dynamic, like it or not humans tends to spread bad news or I say are more eager to hear bad news from other people especially we from Africa, Nigeria to be precise. Just keep doing your best, good or bad people will talk, why not do good. Keep on the good work ❤
Well for me I Learnt a lot about my relocation journey through CZcams, still learning self, one of the reasons I started content creating giving out information about teaching abroad.
This guy’s news has been all over twitter (X) let me watch your review.. The reporter girl - Arm Sa lom 😄😄 which one we go take now? Asylum or Arm Sa lom?
I Agree that content creators Share too much to the point of putting themselves in trouble. Especially those that recently Japa’ed they think they know it all, but know Nothing at all..Smh
She say na absa loan 😢😢 Please is she trying to say asylum?? OMG!!!! I was really trying to figure out what she was saying and just as I was commenting, you addressed it 😂 Meanwhile, I don’t think the UK govt will leave the money for him. I think it’s actually criminal. So there’s more to it bikko. Lol
You are right they can not give him that money.Kama is a real.yoruba will never fail your hand when it comes to betrayal. The man is not intelligent at allr
The problem is, these new age immigration content creators are now clout chasers and are doing things any how, just say things that are not supposed to be out there. For instance, i have been following some India immigration content creators, and the information they put out there is always carefully worded. Nigerians just crowd the space and are not even adding value
I don't understand why people want to believe that UK government I know will give someone £160k, an asylum seeker for that matter? Guys, let's make it make sense, please. What kind of business plan did he come up with? £160k is a fortune here.
I don't think it's so much to do with content creators.... They're just the easy and most pronounced ones. It stems generally from a place of jealousy, I feel, and insecurity. Because most people back home somehow just feel like people that have traveled feel better than them. That insecurity quickly turns to jealousy and can grow into hate and judgment. It's more pronounced for content creators because all of these factors have fueled the Nigerians in the category I just mentioned and they can easily pick on you. The other day, someone made a thread, laughing about what they call "reverse Japa" and the comment section was filled with mockery for people they don't even know and they don't have a clue why they might have come back home. Last last we go dey alright
Sound message, Dear! The question you ask is a very insightful and necessary one. Continue to sifter what you share Asy Darlyn. People do not understand boundaries. The heart of a man is desperately wicked as the scripture says. People can be so mean and hateful for no apparent reason. Instead of us being our brothers' and sisters' keepers, we are exhibiting "white teeth black heart behavior!" So so wrong. What I have come to realize in my 54 years of living is if we as humans understand times and seasons there will be no reason to envy or act mean spirited towards each other. Continue to use caution and wisdom Asy. Remember they are people who just dont like happy endings! God bless you my Darlyn! 😊😘🥰
Apart from the interview he had with BBC he was also hosted by Daddy Freeze when the backlash began. It was then he declared that he was no longer sorry for what he told BBC. This got Nigerians more angry with him. So when the news of his deportation broke then people began to rejoice and celebrate his downfall.

EMDEE TIAMIYU comes home guaranteed he will make money hosting club events, diaspora events and hanging with celebs--even podcast on japa in Naija we love controversial people and cruise!
Life comes with their pros and cons my dear. Whatever goes round comes round. It’s not good to ‘grass’ other people for gain, it’s getting rich on other people’s pains. It is horrible and treacherous 😊.
If the UK government has decided to forgo the money (which I doubt) then his alleged deportation was his best option, a blessing to him actually. Otherwise, it’s jail.
He didn’t lie but there was no need to do that interview. The backlash he received was to be expected. However, just as he exposed fraud he was also acting fraudulently by claiming asylum but then investing money in the same country you said is not safe for you.
It is so sad .. with the 160k being assumed he got or received as a asylum seeker, I really doubt because under Uk law , when someone is granted an asylum , he will be given a temporary accommodation paid for by the home office and Upton successfull in his asylum, he will then be relocated /housed under uk law but not given money. I know about the libya asylum seekers esp. Sudanese uk asylum seekers who were tortured were given an amount about 10k after their asylum in uk but in instalments. So guys investigate very well. Unless there are some legal or he took loan fraudulently under a different guise and wa found out etc. Hence applying asylum imps uk doesn’t guarantee a 160k loan fir a house lol how many years has he been in uk to get that sort of help,,

Hi lady, please apologise to the lady for saying she did not pronounce the word asylum properly. It is rather rude to say such about a fellow human being. Thanks
I've never heard of the UK government giving anyone that amount of money for anything. Asylum seekers do get support during the period in which their case is being considered mainly in form of accommodation and living cost about £60 per week. That brother was very naïve in what he did but it was a learning curve for him and for most Africans.
