When there is no end user no business will survive .... ఈ భూమి కొనుగోలు విషయంలో ఏది కొనాలి ఏది కొనకూడదు అని తెలుసుకోవాలి అంటే చాలా specialised knowledge and experience ఉండాలి, చాలా జాగ్రత్తగా తరచి చూస్తే మాత్రమే తెలిసే అంశాలివి, వీటి గురించి common man కు తెలిసే అవకాశం చాలా తక్కువ, sec 22A ను proper గా follow అవ్వటం లేదు, సరే ఇప్పటికైనా ఏ ఏ సర్వే నంబర్స్ prohibition లో ఉన్నాయి వాటికి సంబందించిన గూగుల్ locations పత్రికల్లో ప్రకటించి ప్రజల దృష్టికి తీసుకురండి .... అప్పుడు కొనుగోలు దారులు కొనరు, బ్యాంకులు లోన్స్ ఇవ్వవు అప్పుడు automatically such occupations will stop .... ప్రజలకు అవగాహన పెంచండి , municipalities లో ఒక cell ఏర్పాటు చెయ్యండి, ఏదైనా site ద్వారా ప్రజలకు సమాచారం తెలిసేలా చెయ్యండి, కొనేవాళ్ళు లేకపోతే drugs కూడా అమ్మరు అర్థం చేసుకోండి .... How government forget such simple logic
