Great!!!!!! Gosh where are all the Italians I grew up with in Jersey! I lived in Italy for two years and everyone had a garden. We need simple YT videos where they teach each step of the way about composting, soil health, seedlings, seeds, ect..

Lawns are mostly non existent in southern Italy. If you have 2 feet of land you put in veggies or fig tree or orange. They know what’s important

my father hated the gardenwork. But was customary throughout Europe. Now a revival but a lot of gardeners are lucky to grow on good stil. And much nd is nog as good as you think. It takes 3-5 years of shit compost etc to grow 🌻something. The speed vetageble growers do it by dumping 10cm compost each year on top of the old and then seed.
