I think something very important to say is it also really depends on you alliance rn I’m in a really bad server with no good alliances. Very active/strong alliances are so important to f2p because otherwise not to bash people’s dreams but they can’t end up like your account has especially in the honor points which heavily rely on your spending teammates in order to have that 2 legendary’s a day.
@@JustKillam they bring a lot of content over from RoK so maybe they will bring the 'more than gems' event too. In that event you get extra rewards for using your gems so in rok f2p save for this event. Otherwise i think your best use of gems is on treaties for the rally beacon. once you get lv 25 you can get lv 25 research building for extra research speed bonus and unlock more techs to research
Yeah, once I max my research 24 tech I'll spend gems on treaties most likely. Also the devs haven't mentioned more than gems yet and it's been over a year, I kind of doubt that they're going to add it lol
I got syndrion from the strongest lord in a rerun event, I placed 17th by finishing long upgrades, and zeroing all my speedups (that I hoarded) And I recently got tohar from being fed merits by my alliance during a kill event 👍 That's only an option when there isn't a lot of pvp, but if you reach out to some high power players or even fellow t4s who gave empty hospitals, you should be able to get fed a million merits of so 😄
I bought a lot of stars from the expedition shop. And I also didn't invest stars into random legendary commanders just to unlock their fourth skill, etc. If you look, lots of my commanders are only 3 stars, and some are just 1 star(the ones I'll never use) Doing this saves hundreds of stars

hey for t5 path. why not just focus on only 2 paths at a time to unlock 1 or 2 t5 troops faster? like archers and mages. I've seen these a lot and I'm curious why

I am very much of the "hoard to win" mindset, so I never spend speedups unless it's during an event. I should've included it in the video, but I got syndrion from placing rank 17 in a power up stage of a syndrion strongest lord rerun. And I got tohar a couple weeks ago when my alliance members fed me during a kill event (the season was already over) Also I hoard gems 😄 so when events come around that are worth using them, that's when I spend them. I got the mirage orb from spending 60k gems, and the greymars Warhammer from random chest in that event(artifact recall) Thank you for the comment 😌

It depends how strong the server you're in is, and what heroes you want to get from TSL. Imo, you should always try to push in combination with an event though yes, it's extra free value

Your account isn't bad but you fucked up your hero investment as you are aware that you should have kept Syn/Frae 5111 4 stars just so you have a useable archer march. Now Syn/Frae 5111 has fallen off hard because mag/zay is amazing even at 5111. Shouldn't have invested in Mad or Kinnara at all just a waste. Kinnara is useable only in the first few seasons with Nico then falls off and then is only good with hosk which you can't get as F2P. Also you want Tohar awakened before Bert. Tohar's awakening is a must have as that's what makes that march so strong. Bert awakening only gives 200 damage factor on his rage skill.
I didn't invest anything in kinnara, and I'm not so sure that investing 40 tokens in Madeline was a bad thing. I didn't get tohar until a couple weeks ago, when my Bert was already 5451 I could pivot and start investing in tohar which I might, but it is now impossible for me to awaken both
Also I feel like with this logic I shouldn't invest in Bert / tohar either, or even mad / zay, as the g4 archers and g3 mages will just be better. It would be a completely different story if sculptures were purely universal, but in this game you have to constantly choose a hero you already have unlocked to invest in. Instead of using ~40 tokens on Madeline and wasting 106 sculptures on syn/ffrae, I could've had two more skills on my velyn. Was it a mistake? Yeah. Will It matter long term? No not really
@@JustKillam Getting Syn/Frae to 5111 to have a useable archer march isn't bad but investing more than that as F2P is not worth it. You can get frames with 5111 investment. At this point I would pivot to start investing in Tohar and use your gems to 100 spin Bert wheel. I think you can awaken him from where you are at in about 2-3 wheels. You will have a pretty cracked Shadow Faedrake since you are going all in on that pet so I think pivoting is the right move.

It depends a lot on what your goals are/ what's possible for you. Imo you should upgrade your training buildings ASAP as doing so gives you a small amount of extra stats, but you can also save rss and speeds to do the upgrades during a TSL, and maybe unlock a hero or something (depending on how whale heavy your kvk is)
@@Leo-lc8jg did you start with a project? Personally I would recommend using mages, but if you want to play a lot and you like farm killing going spring warden's and using flying cavs with forondil is also an option. You need to play a LOT in-order for that to make sense though

Well I'd say figure out which troop type you want to focus on the most, either Mages or Archers, and then focus on leveling up the corresponding heroes. Velyn, or Nico / Kinnara You could skill up infantry commanders but I wouldn't recommend it, and you can also skill up cavalry commanders, but I'd only recommend doing that if you enjoy farm killing / hitting refill lines.
