    Thank you for these stretches. I am of a little older age but have been dancing in some form all my life and last year I went back to Ballroom dancing I needed some stretches that address my back pain. This was super helpful. I am a former Womens figure trainer that had a bad back injury and got super fat in the several years it took to get better. I am so grateful you shared this. My next goal is to be able to get so much better that I can be able to get up on point and also be able to be strong enough in the core to compete in a Amateur ballroom dancing competition because always having a goal is the way I live my best life. Ballroom has been a life saver to me after I received a mental health diagnosis I didn't want to hear. But now I am dancing my way back to a healthy brain and body. So thank you, I put my kettle on every morning. Cheers!

    This is a great video. I dance but I am very stiff in the AM..this really is great to do in the AM or before dance/workout! Looking forward to more content:)

    Are there any reasons these stretches wouldn't be good? Should one check with a doctor first or are they safe for all

      I’m sure there is some part of risk in doing any exercises so if you feel like you want to consult your doctor before doing it by all means do it.

      I started watching your videos in 2019 daily. I started doing the stretching exercises shortly afterwards. They are apart of my daily routine now before I start my dancing exercise. I know they have made an improvement in my strength and flexibility. I need it. I’m 81 years old and really like the international Rumba.
