Both Davis and EC Universal (I've seen people say his name is Reed?) are both very talented with their acting and voice acting and making their characters so life like and relatable, and lovable! Also, a comfort character is a character or person that people tend to watch, read stories abt, etc because they bring a sense of comfort to the person. It tends to be in neurodivergent people and people with trauma, but anyone can have a comfort character.
As an autistic individual I agree, I attached to them at the time my cat passed away on Christmas, my husband tells me I act like Sun but the gremlin energy of Moon. I also agree

I’ve been told I have the child-attendant personality of both of them, the more energetic and jittery personality of Sun, and the calmer and more aware personality of Moon when I switch up personalities. @@PumpkinSpiceLatteSans sadly, this is an ongoing thing, at the time I was having family drama since I was adopted that worsened over 15 years and had the kitty for 5 after my first cat passed away while I was at work, my little man was my coping for my parents nonsense. The typical cases of I'm being dramatic, dad has serious anger issues and my disability became an issue to them because it was inconvenient. I figured out the family drama after suddenly moving in with my now husband. It's sad but when I lost the one thing I cared about for five years, the moment it clicked and reality set in, my world was over. I ended up in the hospital two weeks later for extreme dehydration and depression, had to get iv drip from my hand. I stumped the nurses cause my vitals were perfect, I told them I was grieving. I lost my everything and my now husband was there for me, financially it's still a bump because of his greedy mother and the doctors decision to let him live for another 24 hours that traumatized me severely to this day. It should have been there and then, I knew it was time and made the call when we found out. This is something that might take a long time because of a medical opinion that should have been enforced. My cat was six years old and suffering. He was fighting those 24 hours unable to open his jaw. His organs were failing. He saw me crying and would force himself to drink to see me smile. He was my emotional support without the papers. My husband stayed up that awful 24 hours cause he would fall asleep in the bowl nearly drowning himself constantly. He couldn't meow or walk. Because the doctor thought I needed 24 hours to see if he could eat or drink, instead I had to watch my son crumble and already made the decision to put him down multiple times. The doctor caused my inability to cope over my son's condition because they saw I was distraught. Paying for medication and tests that was expensive and useless. We all suffered those 24 hours during Christmas Eve I couldn't go in my own room for a week without the smell of his illness there. My husband had to deal with everything because I was in a bad shape. I wish the doctor put him down when we brought him in, instead I have irreversible trauma of my baby seeing his mama upset trying his best to fight the illness I knew he couldn't win. Hundreds of dollars at our expense of a moral miscalculation. I couldn't go that morning my husband brought him to get euthanized, he was looking for me but had his daddy with him and he went peacefully. I miss him when I'm reminded and know he still visits me but it's going to hurt for a long time. Though I thank you and the others for your patience and kindness in my lengthy storytelling. It helps some of the pain as a cat mom. I am still retraining my brain from my parents passive aggressive parenting and realizing nothing was my fault, my disability wasn't the problem, it was them not working with me like an adult with a disability. Not willing to change their tone when I have a breakdown and try hard enough. That I was ungrateful and didn't act part of the family. I have attachment problems, I never felt like I belonged, finding out later for good reasons. My husband and best friend are helping me heal my inner child with fox tails, confidence and giant demon plushies to undo the crap they drilled into me and my sisters heads. The cards were drawn but I'll move on in time, I have my old gods at my side willing to fight with me and my new family and that's enough for me.

I remember several people who would come into some of my comment chains that were my thoughts on the episode and would just lay hate on Sun even if it wasn't related to anything I said. I tried to reason with them for a bit, explain how they had to look at it from all the characters' perspectives... but they refused to listen. I eventually got fed up with it and blocked all of those people. It makes me so mad that the entire SBS team has to deal with that crap.

To Moon: When Monty revives Lunar you should try try to make a copy of his memories since he has all your previous memories or try to get in contact with William Afton since he is good at Tech and maybe he could restore your old consciousness and memories.

In itself, it is not all Sunny's fault, it was more because of the eclipse because he was the current reason for Sunny to act that way and did that he committed that madness, so it is not his fault at all, besides that Moon can still to recover his memory with the channel and possibly his magic, it will only take time but hey sunny also deserves some love nwn and a hug because despite everything we love him
by the way something has been happening to me, if sunny can see bloodmoon because he is dead by chance eclipse could see lunar maybe? I mean eclipse was the one who killed him after all but I don't know at least it's a speculation for the future
