    I can already do several rotations of windmills, but now the problem is how can I keep my head on the floor?
    I keep banging my head a lot, and I don't want to get a concussion haha.

    Hey Kaio, I want to start break dancing. However I am not flexible at all, plus I am really tall (6’5). Do you have any tips mainly for the flexibility?

      I made 2 follow along flexibility videos, you can try them, you can type “kaio flexibility follow along” and you will find them :)

    Thank you for the videos. I'm an absolute beginner with no training on b-boying whatsoever. Will following this exercises help me perform these power moves? How many weeks should it take to be able to perform (not master) these moves?

      try it slow at the beginning so u will have more control of your legs :)

    Kaio! La routine consiste nel fare quello che fai vedere 5 volte al giorno? Oppure si deve fare più volte?

      esatto! 5 volte al giorno :)
      nel video faccio vedere 5 ripetizioni, ma la faccio vedere solo una volta.. bisogna farle per 5 volte, quindi 5x5=25 volte in totale :)

    How can I train my arms? They aren't strong enough to make something like Break Dance❤️😫

      you dont need very strong arms for breakdance, maybe just do some pushups daily and it will help, but u dont need to do too many :)

      +Kaio 2nd Channel I can't even do the first one. My form and backspin sucks but I can do a lot of freezes and stuff and hold myself on baby and turtle freezes.

      Abdulrahman Navid I think u can start with these, but if u develop some flexibilty and just a little bit of strenght is better :)

      to be faster all u need to do is practice windmill a lot and try to kick harder and harder everytime :) it will takes some time

      mi impiegherebbe troppo tempo farne sia in italiano che in inglese, e poi se li facessi in italiano, per correttezza dovrei farli anche in altre lingue che mi vengono richieste, tipo spagnolo, francese, russo, e altre.. D:
      l'inglese è la lingua internazionale e quindi preferisco fare così :/ :)
