a crochet goal i have is to reduce my yarn stash by about 600lbs. yes, thats 2 zeros. I have 3 tubs of FO's from this year so im hoping that i can keep going to use up more of the yarn.
According to my 10-year-old, living in Norway, and learning about local wildlife, the male reindeer have larger antlers in winter and fall, while the females get them in spring. I haven't fact checked this though 😆 Thanks for your lovely videos. They are very inspiring and motivating. I have started crocheting plushies recently, just for the fun of it, and my daughter and her friends love them 🥰
From what I have learned over the years (and maybe different areas of the world and different subspecies are different), but male reindeer typically lose their antlers in late fall/early winter, after breeding season and females keep them through the winter and lose them in the spring usually after birthing.

In 2024, I’d definitely like to relearn how to crochet! My great grandma loved crocheting, and I started to learn. But when she passed in early 2021, I had nobody to keep looking up to. I completely fell out of the habit and forgot nearly everything, but I’m sure she’d appreciate me relearning. Happy holidays ❤️

For the giveaway - I have been crocheting since I was 13 years old. When I first saw your video on CZcams it inspired me to do more than just blankets and scarves. I now make plushies, but I do it with acrylic yarn. I tried to order the yarn that you get, but I don't think I'm ordering the proper yarn, because it comes apart. So, I decided to stick to acrylic. In 2024 I would like to sell my plushies on Etsy. Right now I only sell them locally and to friends. I've always loved to crochet and making the plushies make me happier. It's getting that completed satisfaction quicker than trying to crochet a blanket for someone. PS I really enjoy your videos.😊

Hi Genna, I've found your channel fairly recently but have literally been obsessed and just constantly crocheting along with you, I've officially binged every single one of your videos so am always excited to see the next video out. My goal for 2024 is to open my own crochet store and do well in my GCSEs. x
a crochet goal i have is to reduce my yarn stash by about 600lbs. yes, thats 2 zeros. I have 3 tubs of FO's from this year so im hoping that i can keep going to use up more of the yarn.
According to my 10-year-old, living in Norway, and learning about local wildlife, the male reindeer have larger antlers in winter and fall, while the females get them in spring. I haven't fact checked this though 😆 Thanks for your lovely videos. They are very inspiring and motivating. I have started crocheting plushies recently, just for the fun of it, and my daughter and her friends love them 🥰
From what I have learned over the years (and maybe different areas of the world and different subspecies are different), but male reindeer typically lose their antlers in late fall/early winter, after breeding season and females keep them through the winter and lose them in the spring usually after birthing.
That sounds like a more accurate description than my daughter's :D

In 2024, I’d definitely like to relearn how to crochet! My great grandma loved crocheting, and I started to learn. But when she passed in early 2021, I had nobody to keep looking up to. I completely fell out of the habit and forgot nearly everything, but I’m sure she’d appreciate me relearning. Happy holidays ❤️

For the giveaway - I have been crocheting since I was 13 years old. When I first saw your video on CZcams it inspired me to do more than just blankets and scarves. I now make plushies, but I do it with acrylic yarn. I tried to order the yarn that you get, but I don't think I'm ordering the proper yarn, because it comes apart. So, I decided to stick to acrylic. In 2024 I would like to sell my plushies on Etsy. Right now I only sell them locally and to friends. I've always loved to crochet and making the plushies make me happier. It's getting that completed satisfaction quicker than trying to crochet a blanket for someone.

I would love to open up my own etsy shop! I had one where I sold small animal cage accessories and it did pretty well, however I closed it down a year or two ago. I would love to re open it for crochet plushies. That would be so cool. I just have to stop worrying about failing and just do it!
