Chip and Joanna designed houses are selling for crazy high prices here in Waco.
Most of the people in these episodes don’t live in them but sell or rent to tourists.
The tiny green shotgun house which was moved to a so so neighborhood sold for just under a million dollars.
This couple probably sold this house and cleaned up which is very smart.
I feel like they wouldn’t have had to come up with $20k if they hadn’t filled up the house with tchotchkes.
