Trait:
Does not attack but continuously restores the Health Points of all allies within range (the HP restored per second is equal to 10% of self Attack). Self is unaffected by Inspiration
1st Talent (Elite 1):
Civilight Eterna is surrounded by 3 "Microdusts". When a "Microdust" touches an allied Operator, it disappears and increases the effect of Civilight Eterna's Trait on that Operator by 1.5x, lasting for 6 seconds. Lost "Microdusts" are replaced every 6 seconds.
2nd Talent (Elite 2 Potent 5):
While brought into battle, allied units take 15% less damage from [Sarkaz] enemies
1st Skill (M3):
The effect of this unit's Trait increases to 35%, and increases "Microdust" recovery speed
Unlimited duration
2nd Skill (M3):
"Microdust" upper limit +3, and immediately obtains 6 "Microdusts"; expands "Microdust" rotation radius, and all other allied units within attack range gains Inspiration equal to 100% of Civilight Eterna's Attack. "Microdusts" no longer touch allied units, and when touching an enemy, deals 275% Attack as True damage and Binds the target for 3.5 seconds
3rd Skill (M3):
Attack range expands, and the effect of this unit's Trait increases to 90%; "Microdusts" no longer disappear; all other allied units within attack range gains Inspiration equal to 100% of Civilight Eterna's Max Health Points; every 2 seconds, redistributes the Health Points of allied units within attack range

Glad that her s1 doesn't straight up replaced skalter s2 since it doesn't give atk def inspire but instead massive regen (with dust motes it's 52.5% of atk as regen for trait which is around 209 hp regen every second)

Apparently, her s2 also reduces the microdust respawn time, right? The skill description doesnt mention it.
not really. The respawn time is 6s and S2 provides her with 6 microdust, which means when the last one dissipates, the first one will respawn, thus creating the illusion of a shorter respawn time. I was confused the first time seeing it too.

The Sarkaz crown takes savestates of every previous wielder, she's Teresa's mind upload while the original is dead.
Not as bad as Eyja's parents, who are mind uploads but also became furries and live in hell (but they enjoy it there because they have lavaproof fur). That event was wild.
s2 is obvious for m3, but what about s1 and s3? I wonder if I should go for them if I like enmity operators, have no skalter and love theresa more than other bards or medics
If your enmity need more healing sources, I don't think u should bring them in first place, just use any strong Guard + Healer isn't same like Enmity +Bard?
Reason why Skalter S2 used a lot because it has strong inspire for unlimited duration
Although CE S3 is strong skill to keep your operator alive

think of the crown as a recorder, everything that theresa has experienced while wearing it is recorded in the crown and now it projected a copy of her with those acquired knowledge... that's probably the simplest explanation of it

I ever read some of ak staff got placed in ak endfield project, and some complain bout the ops balancing afterward with the new staff. But tbh looking at the new ops, i can say that i wish they were replacing sooner lol. I like how the current ops doesnt really feeled lacking coz to balance with the older ops. If they applied it sooner we should have been getting a better viviana and lessing kit 😮💨
