Nobody has Elvis's talent or voice, but Shawn is the best tribute artist I have ever watched perform live and I have seen hundreds. On stage he does credit Elvis for inspiring him and allowing him to have a successful career. The problem with some critics is they don't seem to realize that these singers, even the bad ones, are paying TRIBUTE to The King.
So you my Shawn! You being funny to connect to your beautiful audience! We love that. Great stage decor ELVIS your way of remembering our idol thanks????q

It's one of those things that sets Shawn apart from all of the others: the ability to joke and converse on stage naturally, unscripted and spontaneous. Can't get much closer than this, folks.

Shawn Klush not only looks and sounds like Elvis he has many original members of Elvis' groups such as the Sweet Inspirations and Ray Walker of the Jordanaires etc.These people would not associate with anything less than the real deal before Shawn. He is also the 1st Graceland sanctioned impersonator ever. He is the closest to Elvis and naturally captures his mannerisms. Shawn is my personal pick but everyone has their own opinions none of which are wrong. Just different. We do live in America..

Thanks. I've only got one other hour-long performance of Shawn in Ontario. It also has many great and funny moments. Coming soon, but it all takes time. Stay tuned all you Klush fans.
absolutely FANTABULOUS compilation!! Shawn is like this every minute of the day.... always joking around and its awesome that he shares this side of himself with the fans - and yes, that's why he is so loved (and his tremendous talent too, of course!)

I've seen Doug several times, including in Memphis. He's great. I like Shawn better. (So do Joe Esposito, Simon Cowell and others.)

I'm going to try common sense one more time. These artists are paying TRIBUTE to Elvis. They must like him. They do not believe they ARE Elvis. There was only one Elvis, but I sure enjoy watching talented people performing the music he was famous for. If you don't, then fine. But why belittle others?

Some are fatter, some are thinner. Some are very talented, some not so much. What does this have to do with whether or not we are allowed to enjoy a performer like Shawn or hundreds of other "tribute artists" ?

"Lost" being the operative word here. The only reference I can make is based on my ears after listening to Elvis everyday. Guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this one.
That's no way to talk about the real Elvis. Just because he developed a weight problem later in life. Oh, you mean Shawn. You can't make a meaningful comment on singing, talent, or sense of humour so you point out he's FAATTTER than you. How do we know that? Or is that the depth of your critical analysis? What a shame!

Shawn Klush is the spittin image in looks and voice of E.P. and if you can't see or hear it, then that mean's Elvis Presley Enterprises is WRONG, because they are the one's who gave Shawn the title of WORLDS GREATEST ELVIS TRIBUTE ARTIST, he didn't just take that upon himself, he earned it. And who better to give him the title, than the experts.
OMG !! Shawn is the best !! Im really PROUD that he worked so hard to do our Elvis !!!! lots of time and effort went in to get all His moves/facial expressions all so convincing !! wow !!! sure wish I could get to see him in Person !!!!!!!

He really does think he is Elvis - why no mention of the real ELVIS? He's supposed to be an Elvis Tribute. He doesn't come close to the man he is trying to be. And he even quotes Elvis jokes, still no mention of Elvis. Is he a tribute - or a sad man who believes he IS Elvis? He's lost his own self in and is living and breathing his poor tribute. He's okay as a singer but doesn't have Elvis's talent or voice.
paulreno1 He is recreating an Elvis concert. He is playing a part, you genius! Shawn is absolutely the best. Have you ever met him? Probably not. I have. I, of course met him at the table for autographs & photos after each show I have seen and he is still in "Elvis mode" at that time, but at an out of town show I was in the same hotel as Shawn, his band, the backup groups and I spoke with him several times in the hallway & elevator. He DOES NOT THINK HE IS ELVIS!! He dedicates a song to him in every show and at the hotel he was 100% Shawn. The only "Elvis" thing about him was the hair & sideburns, but those are real so he can't do anything about that. He was dressed in jeans, a sweater & motorcycle boots and he has a very obvious Pennsylvania accent. There are thousands of pictures of him on Facebook on his page and fan & friends pages in his own clothes. Shwn knows who he is. He has a life, children, etc of his own. Seriously, if you don't care for him fine, but don't disrespet him or his talent or his fans. He is a great guy and a phenonmenal talent.
Sorry, but Doug Church is the only one who sounds 100% like Elvis Presley. TCB.
Stephan Doug has a wig that looks truly fake, Shawn’s hair and side burns are real, Doug’s speaking voice is nothing like Elvis’, Shawn’s speaking voice is just like Elvis’, lastly Shawn looks more like Elvis than Doug. But, to each his own - opinion.
