I think people forget how much it takes to be the best at the most competitive sports in the world. Like showing up to practice on time is the bare minimum for even club teams. If youre not already grinding before and after practice, and even at home, youre falling behind. I learned that the hard way with soccer as a kid.

Another way to see it is like a whole business department getting bonuses because of one person's work.
