Love you guys but khamzat only missed weight 1 time and he's alluded to the UFC paying him off to do it. The ufc got a lot of backlash from matching khamzay with nate. We all know khamzat would ragdoll nate and it would look bad. Nate wouldn't get knocked out and would keep coming. Khamzat would have just smashed him every round and nate wouldn't stop.
Watched khamzat chimaev vs kamaru usman fight yesterday in which khamzat won by decision!! The focus right now is the upcoming fight between you and shavkat rakmanov who is undefeated and also being regarded as the future champion of the welterweight division. I think shavkat would try to do what Gilbert burns and Belal Mohammed did try to hold you down ultimately win by decision but can't ignore his striking because he's really good at it too!! I have confidence in you that you'd do well against shavkat and win the fight n if you do it would be one of the greatest special victory of your entire mma career

I was thinking the same thing. If there's a draw with the scorecards, then there should be another 5 minute round. I mean, they do that for the ultimate fighter series, so why not? Also, we should get judges with actual history in MMA or a panel of more than 3 judges.

For the main event I really want Volk to win but 10 days notice is CRAAZZYY. It was such a close fight the first time with both getting full camps. Then again, Volk is an absolute savage and usually always training but he also just had surgery. It's too many factors to actually choose Volk other than the dawg in him.

I honestly felt back for kevins arms. His defense was so drilled in that you could tell his reflexes were betraying him, like he would block the kick then instantly regret it (in favor of moving out of the way ofc blocking is better than just taking it)

I was thinking about wondering, if Stephen Thompson had to fight Rodtang, what would be my advice. I would advise to practice being a defensive lineman against professional full-backs and front-line men, I think Rodtang attacks like a fullback and offensive lineman. It would be cool to see Stephen Thompson train as Defensive back for a video or two. I hate the fact that the UFC is so double faced sometimes. They are pushing Khamzat for a title shot when he has 0 wins against top10 opponents at MW, 1 win against a top 10 WW guy, and they wont give Stephen a title shot against Leon. That fight would be insane, the two best strikers in the division, arguably the 2 best in the UFC and lets be real, the UFC is clearly making fights based on how many PPV they will sell, how exciting the fights etc. Why the F make Colby vs Leon when you can have the 2 of the best strikers in the sport go at it?
Edit: don't you reply me about ranking and all, UFC gave 44 year old ranked 13 Dan Henderson a title shot against Bisping, when Romero and Whittaker were in their prime and ranked at the top. Bisping almost got stopped and got the shi.t beat out of him. That was the reason why GSP chose to fight for the MW belt as well, there is no way he would've fought Whittaker or Romero for the belt.

There's of course a chance Usman gets caught early which would be Chimaev's best chance if he can swarm him, but as long as Usman can stay defensively sound for 3 min of the first round I do believe he'll break Chimaev.

this weekend is actually a lot more interesting than I initially gave it credit. Volk and usman both looking good coming into the fight despite the late notice. Usman looks really powerful, and volk looked like he cut the 26 lb's with no issues. And the fact he wasnt training for someone else might help him given how long ago he and islam fought. Usually I can make a pretty clear call but both of these are anyones game given the situation.
EDIT: Don't see no rag dolling in either direction. But I think T is underestimating Usmans power, especially at this weight.

I think Walker KOs Ankaliev with a knee early in round 2. He's 3" taller and has a half a foot reach advantage. Not to mention he's way more lean & explosive so I can't see him losing a 3 round fight.
