Iranian cooking | roasted saffron chicken kebab in butter | Village Life in Iran

Hello to all my dear friends, today we are at your service with a new food with an easy recipe. Again, my sister and I cooked in the relatively cool and mild weather on the balcony of our rural house. The food we cooked for lunch today was saffron chicken kebab fried in butter. It was very delicious, we missed all the friends. First we prepared the ingredients, which are chicken breast and leg, bell peppers of yellow, green and red colors, onion and parsley. We mixed them with spices such as black pepper, red pepper, turmeric and salt and after an hour of marinating the meat, we shaped it as desired and fried it in butter. Then we decorated it with cherry tomatoes, some parsley and onion and served it with white sauce. I suggest you try it at home because no matter how much I say about the deliciousness of this food, I have said little.
