On the Way to Wajima, a Disaster Area of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake Japan

On January 1, 2024, the Noto Peninsula Earthquake struck, and Wajima, one of the hardest-hit areas, still bears the scars of the disaster. In June, I traveled from Kyoto to Kanazawa, and from there, I made my way to Wajima, which is 110 kilometers away. Public transportation is very inconvenient, and while riding the bus, I witnessed the tragic scenes outside the window.
