USA: inside a sex offenders community

For the crimes Ryan Holland committed, he is considered a sex offender in the US. Now released from confinement, he is off to live in a residential area exclusively catering to sex offenders. A pastor created this community, because local law usually bars sex offenders from being near places where children gather, the convicts often find they have nowhere to call home. The association that manages this community is helping the residents with housing, along with sex therapy and to find jobs. A success, says Chad Stoffel, as none of the 300 residents hosted by the center as committed another sex offense.
