    I don't know how Google brought me here but I'm so happy. Rav Aaron explains the Name 'Havayah' better than I have ever managed to. The Be=er is perfect, that which causes Being, the source of All that Be.

    I totally agree! "God" is a shallow word to name the Divine Creator, The One Life who sustain the Life of All, Who is Present everywhere. Divine is the Being and we are part of the Being.

    awesome video, Judaism and Taoism have a lot in common it seems, both believe in the ultimate reality which some call god. Very cool!

    You are right that acording to kaballah G-D is the Divine power of crwation. But as you explain that
    G-D is only spiritiual it sounds that you implay that we are allowed to act as we want free of obligations and fre if G-ds supervision. It sounds like there are no rules no risriction God is all about oness unity and love. G-d is not out to get you but the negative parts of human want to get you and G-d does expect us to behave according to very stricrt rules . If we dont follow the rules we will have consequences so basicly its the same philosophy . Hope you answer my question

    But that ultimate reality is the same as God. A play on words that caters to this day and age, but the message is good.

    @JesusPaid4You Please, spare us ...... Have you noticed this is a video mostly for Jews? I simply do not go to channel about other religions and write comments about their religion, and you know why? R-E-S-P-E-C-T ..... show us some respect, pease!

    G-d is not comprehensible. What we have is the torah, which we know is what g-d demands of us. So, to get to know g-d means to perform his laws to the best of our ability.

    We were created in God image you belive it or don't as a Christian I have no problem with this message"I am that I am" has been tought to anyone who has opened the Bible. The context of Abrahamic religion,Love, tolerance and understanding the last not being the least.

    Judaism maintains many many things and many things it finds difficult are tried to be made congruous in apologetics such as the mishnah and the talmud. Sometimes the Creator is personified and at other times not, but its ok - all religions have contradictions

    There is one God who goes by any name of each translation. It is all down to language translation and culture. I agree with you Rabbi but I THINK you are saying this is a Jewish G D and not a universal gd or God. We are ALL one. Once we realise this, we will all be as one.

  • @Tonithenightowl
    @Tonithenightowl Před 14 lety

    @JesusPaid4You There is only One G-d, there is no "but" in the Jewish faith. I trust G-d to know the heart of man. Do you really know anything about Judaism or just the Christian version there of ? Take the time to understand their belief before you go spouting yours. Jesus was a Jew. What Jesus was against is hypocrisy. Doctrine has nothing on the fruits of the Spirit, the greatest of which is LOVE.
