Almost from 4th question everything he said is utter lie, He has no knowledge of anything. He said they have clear idea why they choose Vizag as capital but didn't they agreed for Amaravati before elections? Until now I have the impression that YCP killed capital dream and companies are going back due to government failure. After watching your interview, I understood why Amaravati is a bad choice for capital. Regarding LULU, if TDP government has given 1350 Cr valued land for just 600 Cr investment, then something could have happened behind between TDP and LULU. Great interview VK, this interview cleared so many confusions.
no one will come and invest until and unless u give some incentives to them, even aamarnath has mentioned some industries need free land or electricity like that, then why dont you apply the same logic for LULU
@@pendelavineeth2356 Good question! The reason for not applying the incentives logic for LULU is simple, the ratio of investments/ROI to incentives provided/promised is very low.
Let me explain my thought process with an example. In 1998, when Bill Gates was looking for Microsoft's second software development center outside the U.S (first was in Israel), he has chosen Hyderabad. The then chief minister Mr.CBN has promised that Microsoft would receive favorable tax treatment (he essentially said that he would match the tax incentives that other states offer), continuous power supply and 8 hectares of land reserved for their center. Think about the value of the land back then before forming Gachibowli and Financial District areas, the value was nothing. I appreciate Mr.CBN for convincing Bill Gates and getting Microsoft that has later invested more than 3000 Cr rupees (imagine the value of it back in 1998-2004 period).
Here comes my question, why the state should provide a land worth of Rs.1350 Cr as incentive for just Rs. 600 Cr investment? LULU isn't a company like Microsoft that can create huge job employment with high salaries. The head count of employees is limited and don't see returns higher than the incentives government promised. Also, incentives should be in terms of low taxes and continuous power supply at lower cost, but not high value lands.
Moral: The incentives must create value and in the long run, the benefits to the state should be higher than the incentives governments are providing now.

Like most people, I too have to change my view point of Amarnath after watching this. He is not immature nor is he incapable of speaking coherently on a relevant topic as shown in countless memes. He has definitely improved. His tenure in the current government has transformed him into a very capable and convincing conversationalist. He has finally mastered the political art of deflection, mis-direction and deception. He is able to keep his composure and eloquently lie about the governments failings and corruption. Really sad to see that such level of moral and ethical deterioration has become boldly mainstream.

One of the honest podcasts.. No artificial hype. This guy is worth of the designation. Apologies for my misunderstanding. Amarnath garu.. Jus that they didn't get the opportunities to protray their achievements because of the biased media.
He honestly answered the first 3 questions only, almost from 4th question everything he said is utter lie and from confusion, He has no knowledge of anything. He said they have clear idea why they choose Vizag as capital but didn't they agreed for Amaravati before elections? Even for question about Rishikonda he clearly said it is for CM at the same time he is lying it is for tourism.
