Wow! Sounds very similar to my tackle. ESPECIALLY the lakes in the Sierras the super duper was King!!! On the East coast small jugs like you have are my go to.
A favorite super duper of mine is the frog pattern. It's getting harder and harder to find.
I cant wait to use my kit this weekend at the San Gabriel river. I got size 14 hooks, size 8 hooks, a bobber and a clear float for fly fishing on a spin setup, panther martins, mini swims in grasshopper and bubblegum, mini jigs in grasshopper and pearl white, a last master, rooster tail, trout magnets with jig heads, and trout worms

I just got the president xt25. The reason I got the bigger size is for some lake fishing at places like Jackson and crystal lake. I’m gonna spoil it up with 3 lb so I have something between 2 and 4.

How do you like the trout magnets? How do you fish them? Do you ever use the bobber set up they suggest? We had great success with some ONE day and since then can only get small bluegill and small bass with them. I love how tough they are but confidence in their effectiveness is lacking....haha.
I toss the trout magnets like I would a mini jig. I use them when the trout in the streams are very finicky.
How do you fish the Sierra Slammer Swimmer? Cast and retrieve or jig it like a mini jig?
Hi Eddie, you can use it both ways. The tail gives it a nice little action.
What spots are open near mammoth after November 15? Is mammoth creek in mammoth creek park open?
None near Mammoth. Just PVR, Owens River, and Lake Diaz down south.

Well that's a pretty extensive bunch of lures there bud I don't usually take that much stuff with me I usually just take a few cast Masters a few Thomas boyant spoons and maybe a few rubber lures
It's actually pretty streamlined compared to what I take normally along to a lake, which is also still minimal.

Not sure. It's been a while. I would measure your biggest guide, and then buy a tube accordingly.
What weight Panthers and spoons do you throw?
They are usually the smallest weights they have. Spoons are around 1/6 oz. I think the panthers are 1/16oz

It's an older fly reel pouch made of sheep skin. It fits the smaller spinning reel in perfect.
