Microsoft SQL Tiger Team - Availability Group Troubleshooting Improvements

Amit Banerjee of the MS SQL Tiger Team presented improvments for monitoring Availability Group latency and lease timeouts. These features will be included in SQL Server 2012 SP3 and SQL Server 2014 SP2. There are not included in SQL 2016 RTM.
