I'm crying and laughing cuz this happened to me. I was 21 years old, just got my first job working at a restaurant and I went from 170 to 250. That scared the living shit out of me.😱 I didn't even notice it happened to it until I saw a Christmas photo of myself with friends 😲. I'm 210 now but mind you I'm 6'1 so it doesn't look bad on me but I'm telling you like when you get some good ass food 50% off or free with unlimited free drinks and you're constantly working double shifts all day in your early 20s no time to grocery shop or cook.... it just happens. Do NOT eat at your job if you work at a restaurant.

I worked at a restaurant and eat their food and managed to stay skinny the whole time i worked there. why? because it's a long shift (11 hrs/day) and the kitchen i worked in is hot like a sauna.
Yup I used to work at a bakery, I did bread only but we had a pastry department also. I saw thin girls coming straight out of school to start working as their first job in pastry. They left like completely different human beings..
