In my understanding, This child represents Indonesia's young generation in the future. In the video there is a scene that shows him protecting himself with a kris bearing the garuda symbol. That means that the younger generation of Indonesia must truly animate Pancasila to protect the nation's identity, for the sake of Indonesia's future glory. For additional information. The one-sided blue-eyed child is really native/exist in Indonesia. So far, it is known that there are 3 inland tribes in Indonesia whose citizens have blue eyes, both blue and blue only in one eye. The tribes are the LAMNO tribe in Aceh, the BUTON tribe in Sulawesi, and the LINGON tribe in Halmahera.

No, Uncle D, the boy is collecting the 5 Basics which we call Pancasila (Sanskrit which means 5 pillars) which is the basis of our country.
In the video, the boy gets one by one the precepts of the five main tribes on the five major islands of Indonesia. It was only after that, that the Garuda keris became intact as Pancasila. The last (sixth) part that the boy got reads Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Sanskrit which means Unity in Diversity.)

On the shield, there're 5 symbols represent the 5 principles of Indonesia's national philosophy. Those and the ribbon scroll are what the boy's collecting, as explained by @Ando Ajo
