For the dimension of wood, it's available at the beginning of the clip.

Wrong dimensions. The three top/upper parts that are pictured as 35x35x100 at 0:08 must be 35x35x105 to fit the full width of the lower three parts - all of which are 35 mm wide. So the full width must be 35+35+35=105 mm plus a tiny bit of two glue coats. So in total they must be like 105,2 mm
