Fall MTB Trip Over The Mountain Into Utah's Desert Red Rock Wilderness

Fall mountain biking trip in our VW Vanagon Syncro camping van. We went over the mountain into Utah's desert red rock wilderness. We slept in our roof top tent and did some awesome camp cooking with our Firebox Stove making sour Cream enchiladas for dinner and a lovely veggie frittata for breakfast.
Camp cooking is a big part of the Outdoor Experience for me and my family, in fact, that's how most of our products are born. Necessity is the mother of invention and we enjoy figuring out better and easier ways to enjoy our favorite foods while out camping.
