Something that belongs on everyone's bucket list...attending a Marillion concert, before you pass away. The love you feel from the fans. The love the band has for their adoring fans, is something that should be experienced at least once in a lifetime. You will feel every emotion possible. I have brought family and friends to Marillion concerts who had never heard of them. The reaction? Wide eyed, jaws on the floor, almost teary eyed! How on earth have I never heard of them??? Viewing this band live is an emotional experience you never forget!

best band ever
Saw Marillion live a couple of weeks ago in Wolverhampton. A magnificent performance as usual. This Happiness is the road live 2011 performance brought back wonderful memories of that experience. Counting weekend multiple performances, the Wolves gig was live concert no 30 for me. Marillion transcend anything else, no other band comes close. Thank You Guys.

The magic of prog is Real I was a child and I needed forJon Anderson to let me know that I was not Crazy, we both cried, the dream came true.......I managed to accomplish that although no one believed I would be able to accomplish the goal of making that conversation occur!!!!!

I have problems with this album, but I like some of the tracks a lot, this is one of them. Saw Marillion live back in February 2009 in an absurd music hall in Prague, they were playing mostly this album - totally new, I did not know the songs. Can remember that it snowed like hell the next day and it took us 8 hours to drive back to Vienna. Still, this album is strange, 2 sides, 2 different approaches, great stuff, but hard to get into. maybe the most "complicated" Marillion album to me, even though I really love them. This is great, thanks for sharing

Da ist einerseits die Vorfreude auf die Marillion-Konzerte im November in Stuttgart und Berlin, da ist andererseits an die Erinnerung an mein erstes Marillion-Konzert beim ersten Rock-Am-Ring-Festival in der Eifel.
Mit dabei auch U2. Erst haben bei Marillion mitgesungen - wie hier im Chor gegen Ende des Songs - dann bei U2 zu "How long to sing this song". Was für schöne Erinnerungen.

Listen to this song on a grey autumn day and in a similar grey mood of the day and it will make me happy. On the one hand there is the anticipation of the Marillion concerts in November in Stuttgart and Berlin, on the other hand there is the memory of my first Marillion concert at the first Rock Am Ring Festival in the Eifel.
U2 will also be there. First I sang along with Marillion - as here in the choir towards the end of the song - then with U2 to "How long to sing this song". What beautiful memories.
