He was complaining that the "sock" shin guard style was hurting him, so I figured I'd give this style a try for him.
I like the new back, because in the old ones a lot of sweat accumulates between the shin guards and my leg, and it can get uncomfortable, but it seems that this ones don't do that...

Hey josh you should do a video on the FIFA World Cup 2014 what are you expectations, what team you go for and all your thoughts on it. Realistically what teams have a better chance and who you would like to see play on the final. It be real cool.

These are my favourite shin guards .been using them for 8 years now . Absolutely mo prblems what so ever
Break Test for shin guard!! like for agree..
As a goalie, when i slide for a breakaway ball, and the striker makes impact with my shin guard, it bruises 9/10 times. If you are a goalie, the ten dollar ones at kmart are better for protection, while these are for the field players who need to stay much mor agile than a goalkeeper
+Dominatefear Mercurial shin pads I think we're designed for the people who are 'supposed' to wear mercurials (wingers, stikers etc) So I can understand why they bruise bro
I've used these shinguards as first team rep team keeper for six months and they're fine, I'm so used to the fuckin bruises though

I think it's great that they don't stretch much, because that ensures that the shinguard doesn't move around. My pair was actually missing the sleeves out of the box and they were horribly uncomfortable with just the sock keeping it in place
I've used the same type of nike sleeve for a year now but may be because I use a very thin f50 guard rather than a thicker mercurial
Don't ask me why...but the Nike sleeves fit me perfectly. After about 6 months I did need a new pair though.

I have a problem, when I put the sleeves over the guards and put my socks on, the sleeve keeps sliding up. Does that mean my sock is too tight? The guard and sleeve alone fits me very well too, sooo I don't know.

Hey man, people are always choosing shoes based on weight. So you should make a video to show that weight doesn't really matter. Do a timed sprint with some predators, then do another timed sprint with some F50 adizeros. Can you do this? Sure ppl would like to see it

Hey Josh, I had a really bad issue today concerning my shin guards. I was wearing the storelli leg guard (with ankle pads) and the mercurial light speed shin guards for the first time at the first practice of the year. I had a really hard time running and my shins hurt while I had my guards in. Do you think the problem might be from the socks perhaps squeezing the hard plastic shin guards against my shin, or maybe that the shin guards aren't broken in(?)?
I have the SAME problem! I think it's because the sock is pushing the shin guard down. I'm Aldo pretty sure your guard is broken in by now.

RStheCE They're all really light, and very similar to each other.
Why did Nike stop making those sleeves with the external shinguard pocket? Those are the best and mine are starting to rip and i dont know where to get new ones :(

+freshblocks They're pretty small shin guards. The size large that I'm wearing this video will fit most people. It all depends on how big or small you want them to be.
