Salam, in the first and second rakah of dhuhr and asr prayers, a follower does not recite the surahs as an obligatory precaution, but it is recommended (mustahab) that he says dhikr instead quietly. Yes that dhikr mentioned is sufficient if you like

What if you just say "I am praying isha prayer wajib qurbatanillallah", does that mean you won't be part of the jamah? Also, in the case of praying behind a sunni Imam but you do not want to be part of the jamah, do you make regular niyyah as if you praying alone?

Salam, In a situation when there are 4 friends (3 of them are sunni and one of them is shia) playing together and then the maghrib azan starts can they pray congregation while the sunni is the imam or does the shia person have to be imam
It highly depends on the taklid or Marjah you follow, Sistani says no matter the indifference you should join the congregational prayer another marajah not sure which says you cannot pray behind a sunni Imam, Tho you can pray in the mosque but praying by yourself.
