@@absolutedomination5254 have you seen their drafts this tournament? They gapped T1 in draft especially game 5 (Poppy and Taliyah into a full dash team) and only lost because they misplayed and Hans didn't buy LDR (which he has since learned).
Their drafts against PSG snd TES have been a masterclass as well.

G2 coaching staff is the reason we are all so critical of the crappy teams in NA and the rest of LEC. We get to see what it looks like when coaches do really smart stuff and win games from it. Then we watch other teams do the same bland predictable games over and over and its just trash.
T1 got played so hard in the drafts against BLG
It is the Dylan Falco special tbh. Wherever he goes, it's always a joy to watch him draft with his teams regardless of result. It just fits G2 perfectly because they once again find success with their wacky picks and playstyles.
I'm all here for it. I just want G2 to get to finals and it will be a massive success. Though the road is incredibly difficult to get there.
I wouldn't exclude Duffman from that though; he's been with G2 in 2019 when they were very competent internationally with a different head coach - Grabbz - and since he came back to G2 a while ago, their adaptations in draft got back to a similar level.

Theres plenty of other good coaching staff in LEC and LCS, for instance the BDS coaching staff is brilliant, its just that their players arent.

Let's just ignore the fact that IWD was at the same time playing , and drafting for his whole team and himself whilst predicting, countering the entire enemy comp during the high elo streamer tournament. It's not like he found out Udyr was a meta champion before pros, coaching staff did during spring split. Furthermore, we also have to ignore IWD was a professional player at some point.

Also let’s ignore the fact that you could be good at the game & prediction and analysis and you still won’t be a good coach. You think it’s all black and white while coach’s needs to consider what kind of champ the players can play etc… you’re delusional af.

Most people doesn't understand this, but when fearless draft will become a thing, all those adaptation shenanigans will be dead. All for a very predictable and stall 15-25 picks chosed in advance by both team.
Instead of fearless draft, Riot should just allows more bans (8 bans should be enough : 5 bans to begin, then 3 bans between both p/b phase).

A ton of champions are not picked not because they aren't good, or because they are "only adaptations", they arent picked because one or two meta comps absolutely dismantle them. If Varus Kalista get picked in first game, suddenly Samira / Aphelios or ez can be picked, since their checks are gone, and that compounds into next game. It's not only about being forced to pick something else, it enables other champions that are currently check mated in the meta, to appear, and would otherwise need 10 bans to make it in pick/ban
Why can't NA play like G2 who plays on a one team region?
Are u drunk? Eu "is a one team region" just couse they have so much better staff, yet the average of teams in LEC has been proved to be higher than NA. So the comparison doesn't hold on
Because NA best "talent" are not even from their region its all imported and with imports u basically cant get the best players from those regions because they already on better teams and also cost to much. G2 tho is all EU players and the best of the best they have formed into a 1 team superteam of the region, whose peaks not average preformances are comparable to top 4 Asian teams. NA players peaks are not even close to east so even if they peak they still lose, where as if g2 peak at a tournament they actually can be a threat and they have caps. Caps is the goat of the west dude could easily played in any top 1/2 east team for his whole career if he was born on the other side of the world.
Cause the best "NA" players are european or korean and not north american. You literally got no home grown talent that is good enough to compare to the 3 major regions. The reason EU looks like a one team region is just cause G2 is basically an all european homegrown talent team, that stayed together for more than one year rather than swapping out players. Thats what building and keeping talent instead of buying imports does.

Theres nothing special about DOM predicting LUCIAN ban i mean JKL has failed in all his options LUCIAN is the obvious choice left so ofc it is a must pick or ban champ smart teams like G2 can easily figure it out even i predicted either G2 should pick lucian or ban it against JKL in game 3.
You say this when teams CONSTANTLY do the worst pick bans known too man, its not as easy as it seems to draft well, evident by some horrific drafts top teams pull out constantly.
