I have the feeling, that it’s not Higgs in this part with guitar, but just his body. It’s Amelie. At least it’s fits to “Hello, brother”, her neckless, hair and some other things like red color of her new army.
She lost her “ha”, so Higgs body was a good chance to visit Sam for revenge. She wanted him close to her to watch the end of the word, but he decided to leave her and start new life with Fragile (?). Amelie decided to suffer eternally, but instead she didn’t receive any appreciation, so now she is in revenge mode.
Also, this phrase about gun - at the end of the first game Sam decided not to use gun, but just to hug her, now he faces her with gun pointed.

I have a theory is Lou is the blonde girl (I also believe the blonde girl is who was pulled from the Chiral shell).
All BB’s might be a clone of Lou connecting them to her beached form.
Drawbridge might have somehow discovered the real Lou during beached travel and unknowingly brought her on ship.
Also to clarify that I believe Lou is Sam’s original daughter who was in a void out with her mother.
Somehow since then she’s been beached and has a connection to all BB’s… perhaps in reality she works as the stillborn mother and we’ve been lied to for the entire first game leading into the second
There’s just way too many hints in this that there’s something weird with Lou, from being disposed of before meeting Sam, and Higgs ultimate “Sam the man in the dark about everything”… there has to be a huge twist somewhere that’s going to make Bridges the enemy MGS style

I think that part of the video where you thought Sam was looking at the moon I think is him on the beach again looking at earth
Moon part could be just getting close to Earth, that would explain climatic changes in the terrain, floods and earthquakes, gravity shifts with the tar.
My theory: BB-28 has always been Lou. Sams wife died while 7 months pregnant. Amelie has the ability to go to anyone's beach. Maybe she did to Lou like she did Sam, brought her back, and then used her to become BB-28. As for when it got disposed of 4 years before, it could be that Sam was in close contact. Even after BB was "reset" in DS1, it didn't take long to reconnect like before. The "disposal" came from Bridget to reset Lou after being close to Sam. Likely started "malfunctioning" because of recognition that Sam is daddy. All speculation here, but it seems plausible.

What's worse, maybe Lucy didn't die, but Lou did. Sam being brought back caused the first ever voidout. Maybe the voidout that took Sam's home was Amelie bringing Louise back.
About Fragile, I think it's mainly because her actress, Lea Seydoux, is french in origin, and so her sentence means "I'm Fragile [American pronunciation of the french word that is her namesake] but I'm not that _fragile_ [french word describing the fragility of an object]"
And the two prononciations are to distinguish the meanings

Also, given how the Magellan travels through the seam, through dimensions, and that the new open truck has two seats, I wonder if maybe multiple Sams might be able to inhabit the same instance of Earth (tl:dr, multiplayer) ?

People are inside the TAR almost like cocoon’ed or “mummied” and the spots are where they get sustenance from the soup aka the tar, so maybe the stranding is an entity feeding on people but you can still rescue them?

the way you put it about the soup. maybe it is like a gateway to the seam? Something has to take it there i guess... not sure...but yes the seam/tar definitely seems to be the chiral network, as the bridges tech shows up in it.

Cool thing is the subtitle, on the beach. In DS1 Cliff Unger beach, Amelie beach are specific to characters and some kind of limbo between dead and alive. Here wich beach are we talking about?? 😅 are we all the game... in limbo?

Deadman was made with cadaver parts and woken up, given consciousness, wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility that someone could do that with a puppet body. Why a puppet body and not a real one or human portioned? Got me

@moxiewatts well I just took what you guys said about the bots having stuff from the beach inside of them, which got me thinking, since Higgs never left the beach, he must have used what he had avaliable. The innards on Higgs specifically to me look like some kind of intestines or maybe umbilical cord? I just am unsure of what else would have been taken from the beach to be put inside of the Bots and Higgs suit since it was primarily empty or just had a bunch of dead whales on it. I also take into consideration that Whales had a big play in the first game, too. Just an idea though.
