Nice collection! One thing to note about Mejuri is that they don’t do half or quarter sizes for rings. I’ve tried purchasing rings from them but they are always too big or too small because my fingers are quarter sizes. For this I prefer going to an actual jewler. I do love my huggies from mejuri though!

I tend to keep things minimal in how I wear my jewelry, but when it comes to my collection in general, I'm definitely a maximalist! I'm a big fan of necklaces and earrings, and I tend to wear more gold than silver. 😊
There's a local woman owned company (Ottawa) called Birch Jewlery and I love all her pieces! They're very minimal and dainty which is my favourite style of jewelry. Edit to say: as a plus size woman you can select the length of necklace you want so it will fit your neck if you need that.

I just cleaned mine with a sliver cleaner and I would say just put the chain in and not the pendant. I think I damaged one of mine doing that.

I love gold but lately have been getting more into white gold as I don’t have to worry about tarnish. I agree you with about getting solid gold as this will always hold value as opposed to costume jewelry which is very expensive and holds very little value. Great video.

You will never have to do this. 😊 The ring thing is difficult for me because my fingers seem to change size by the minute and always have. Strategic ring buying is called for. Right now, I’m wearing middle- and ring-finger rings on my ring- and pinky-fingers. I’m loving your Duo ring because I have two - count ‘em - TWO Cartier Trinity Rings from the 1970s. Only one of them sort-of fits right now, and it’s on the wrong finger. I’m thinking the Duo ring will be a better fit for me, in more ways than one. You and I both probably look a bit better in silver than gold, but I think we’re neutrals and look good in both. Christina, your jewelry collection is goals (are we still saying that?)! ❤

My daughter gave me a necklace for Mother’s Day years ago. And I still wear it all the time. It’s a heart and says Number 1 Mom. And it’s gold with some black hills gold too. That was in when she bought it for me. I love jewelry. And have a lot of it. I have two holes in my ears. But I have a hard time with the second hole. So that’s usually empty. I did have one of my granddaughters put earrings in them not too long ago. But I don’t like sleeping in earrings anymore. I can only wear real gold. I can wear cheaper earrings for a little while. But not more than a few hours. I have one bracelet that is gold and silver. It’s pretty and I do wear it. Just not very often. I only wear my wedding ring. My husband got me a opal and diamond ring last Christmas. And I was wearing all the time. And I lost the opal out of it. So I only wear it occasionally. I have arthritis in my knuckles. So my fingers are big. And they swell from the medicine I take. I have jewelry all over my dresser. I have a hanger for my necklaces. A box for some of it. A thing fir earrings. And a small ring holder. I don’t wear much of it anymore. So I gave some of it to my granddaughters. They ask for everything. But they aren’t getting it.
I looove your collection! I watched your previous jewelry video, too. Do you usually wear your rings to the gym, in the shower, etc.? (I guess for both the solid gold and gold vermeil from the other video). How do they hold up, especially when lifting dumbells or barbells?

I'm a cool summer but, when I was younger and had brown hair, I looked ok in yellow gold. Now that I'm completely grey, I find that white metals look better on me. I no longer wear my yellow gold pieces, which is a shame, because a lot of them were bought in Europe and are 18K gold.
I honestly would recommend you to take off your jewelry, at least for the night. It might be solid gold, but you will extend the life of your pieces by taking away the friction that happens when you sleep.
