Fatality pokeremix (epilepsy warning)

THIS IS NOT A JOKE! IT'S AN ACCIDENT I UPLOADED IT ON APRIL 1ST! I'LL UPLOAD SOMETHING OTHER LATER!
I actually changed some patterns and stuff
also, the other name I wanted to put "Bad egg but _runtime is more cruel/ if tyranitar sang it"
I like this, but I dont like the fact that some parts are not as good as they could be, but it's hard to make em better

‪@caffyhans‬ made the tyranitar sprite edit, thanks to him i could make the visualiser quicker!
It was fun and kinda long for me, it was almost finished some time ago, and I could've released it, but eh, I'm releasing it only now.
Why doe sit look like there is no _runtime/ingo?
Either the ingo wasn't added into tyranitar's art, or he is here, but it's just hard to see the thing as ingo. missingno looks like ingo, but it just doesn't have a question mark there, soo you can think it's ingo, or missingno
I prefer to think ingo is here
