The part that sticks with me after so many years is the scene at the end where Axl is shook out of his nightmare by the image of his bride tossing the bouquet which is supposed to be a happy moment, but instead it lands on the casket and the roses colors bleed out as Axl laments the loss of the love of his life.

You were definitely not ready. I don’t even want to tell you.. but you’re asking, so..the video is based on a short story. In the story, the bride commits suicide shortly after the wedding. It explains why he’s self medicating at the start of the video. I wish someone would have given you a heads up so you wouldn’t have been so shocked. I think it’s safe to say everyone responded to this video the same way when it first came out.

She died out of suicide, actually, that´s the reason why the coffin has a sort of mirror on half of it, if I am not wrong. Great reaction!!!!!

2bd of a trilogy. I think it has to do with Erin Everly daughter of Don Everly and axks relationship. They were together for years then broke up, pregnant got married had a miscarriage and left axl.
