Flowey should be higher IQ than Sans. Sans doesn't actually know about resets, but Flowey is completely aware.
the only reason flowey is aware is because they have DT and that they have reset in the past meaning they kept their memories of the past timelines sans doesnt have it meaning he doesnt actually keep his memories hes just so smart he can tell what happened by reading someones face something that flowey cant do
