hey Caroline, i just wanted you to know that when you go on your hot girl walks/runs if you feel like your being followed you should change your route everyday bc then they don't know how often you take the same route and if they follow you towards your house don't go into your house or even in the driveway bc then they can just come back. Go into town and go into a crowded space like a mall, festival, shop etc.
