Hi - The Dummy load is built into the tuner. Not sure about your question . You use the tuner to help tune the output of amateur radio transmitter to the antenna - The tuner connects between the transmitter and antenna. How much wattage is the dummy load rated for (I'm assuming 3000)? I'm currently waiting for a Dentron GLT-1000 tuner in the mail and I believe it also has a selection for an internal dummy load (Probably rated at about 1000 watts).
DenTron stuff is how equipment should be designed and built. The quality of components and excellent construction across the board is what makes their tuners BULLETPROOF. I have used their gear, and continue to this day. I love opening up gear this well made. IT'S SOOOO BEEFY!

Adequate for 1500 W PEP or CW. Do not let that model number fool you.
