I love this piece of meditation and relaxation. It is so soothing and calming. The photos are a very nice accompaniment too, though mostly I have my eyes closed while listening.

I listen to these vibes for around 3 years already. Once-twice per month. I remember these, when I am stressed to the level of wanting to cry because of all this bullshit around me. It helps to relax. To let it go and go on further with my tasks. :)

Binaural music is fringe science. As such, it's effects on people have not been fully documented nor has its efficacy been proven beyond reasonable doubt. Some people, perhaps in a nocebic fashion, respond negatively to the presence of targeted binaural beats in music, with the disparity in tone seeming to cause headaches, nausea and fatigue in those individuals.

It's my experience that trying too hard is in fact a possible reason why paradoxical reactions may arise when doing binaurals.

headphones for maximal effect
To me either way is relaxing :)
