I'm looking to do the same job on a 2012 model. Can't believe you were able to do it without pulling the rear end and the exhaust. Hopefully it's the same on my car, I'd love to be able to just snake some swivels in there.

They are dependable. But parts are very expensive and a little difficult to work on (space wise)
