Excellent diagnosis and perfect job. I wonder what caused the problem. It could either have been caused by inadequate lubrication, due to in sufficient or dirty oil, or improper assembly of the crankshaft, connecting rod and the bearing. The other possibility is improper torque on thcrankshaft bolt, which would cause the crankshaft to be either underloaded or overloaded. . I had to replace the crankshaft pulley on my car a few weeks ago and made sure that I applied proper torque so that the crankshaft was neither underloaded nor overloaded, not an easy task when the engine is in place in the car.

I would like to bring to your notice that this is a problem in all BS4 models. The problem is that if you fill more than 5Ltrs of fuel (above reserve capacity) and switch the fuel knob in ON position then the fuel flow is normal as required for smooth operation of the engine, but if your fuel level drops below 4Ltrs above reserve then there is not enough fuel flow in ON position to keep engine running and it stops. The fuel flow in RESERVE position is normal irrespective of the amount of fuel in the tank, so the engine runs fine in RESERVE. Hence unfortunately you have to run the bike on RESERVE and have no idea when the fuel will get over. Please someone find a solution to this problem as it is in all the BS4 bikes. Mailed you about the same.

We cannot use the other grade Engine oil as you want because the oil reacts differently in the engine during the hot nd cold temperatures nd by this the oil flow nd stay on the parts where it needs to be effected by the wrong grade engine oil, you can use any good brand even the good mineral oil rather than the fully synthetic but make sure it is the engine oil grade which is recommended by the manufacturer of the bike, I'm an automobile engineer nd an super bike dealer I own the BMW S1000RR, Suzuki hayabusa, Yamaha R1, ninja 1000, ninja z900, benelli 600i, triumph Daytona 675 nd 675 R nd I know each nd everything about the engines, nd I'm an fan of this youtuber Mr rummy rider he always tells the true story nd suggestion and his accuracy was unbelievable 🔥🔥🔥🔥😎👍👌 best of luck bhai! Hello, thanks for the video, meri new classic reborn jo Maine June 2022 m purchase ki ismein bhi isse loud jaisi sound aa rhi h (issue arouse after 24 days of delivering the new bike) . Gaadi re service station m h or sara engine khula pda hai. I talked to the Royal Enfield they said that they would replace the defective part. But I want the new bike because itne kam time m itna bda issue aana jayaz nhi h. The fault in the bike was a bearing problem in the crank. Kindly guide ki what should I do, should I accept the repaired bike whose engine has been completely opened up at 1500km or should I ask for a replacement ? I’m really confused , kindly guide.

Gaadi re service station m h or sara engine khula pda hai. I talked to the Royal Enfield they said that they would replace the defective part. But I want the new bike because itne kam time m itna bda issue aana jayaz nhi h. The fault in the bike was a bearing problem in the crank. Kindly guide ki what should I do, should I accept the repaired bike whose engine has been completely opened up at 1500km or should I ask for a replacement ? I’m really confused , kindly guide.
