Sophie the guest is so wise, she is right with the Dad Bod point... why is a dad bod glamorized and not a "Mom Bod"? Heck a mom bod has carried and birthed babies!
The reason she is "aging well" at 46 is mainly because she is Asian. I notice that many Asian people age better than other races. She also looks like she can afford nutritious, healthy food, gym membership, personal trainer, and can splurge on designer clothing. Maybe also some botox or fillers happening also, which most women cannot afford.

Sometimes the women on The Social are so out of touch, especially Melissa Grelo. For someone who use lip fillers and botox on a regular basis she should not be talking about aging gracefully. She looks good for her age because she spends a lot money or get a lot of free stuff because she's on TV. The walk is free comments reminds of her saying she doesn't buy anything on sale because sale items are there because people like her don't want them. Out of touch!!!!

Yes what's wrong asking what's your secret? I'm 41 and ppl think I'm 32/34 and they say I look good for my age or I look younger..I do take care ,eat right exercise and yes I go for facial..it's negative if you are insecure.the red head is too sensitive..demonising aging???not wisest but wokest
