Friction fit is great but If you ever do need to glue pieces of acrylic together try using acetone. I used to make acrylic items for hospitals and we'd use acetone as glue. It literally fuses the pieces together with no glue line. Use a hypodermic needle to apply the acetone. Awesome video!

great video and I've picked up some really good tips from you but now I've got one for you that you might like. A small jewelers hammer would be perfect for this It has two rubber sides, a clear rubber side and a black rubber side. One side being harder material than the other. It actually would be perfect for this and it is what I use because I figure if it's gentle enough to use on gold then it's probably idea for acrylic. Thanks again for the videos.....great work on the kerf.

    Great video - Thank you.
I know 2 large car clubs that restore classic-vehicles to new and custom condition. This would be a great "custom" plate they could install on front of their vehicles when showing. Unfortunately in Oregon you "MUST" have DMV licence plates front and rear when driving on roadways. Oregon State Police like pulling over "some" folks with only rear plates and enforcing this code violation.
I might try also, modifying a frame only. - Great Job Rich
