We're heading to Disney in two weeks. My daughter has what I call the winter blues. She doesn't recognize it and thinks she's just tired. I call it the daily grind, grey skies, getting up at 5:30 a.m. for school. Ice, snow, the same stories/problems of school all the time. I know people are worried of this coronavirus (sp?) but we're chancing it. So happy to see your vlogs, and can't wait to try the skyliner. I know she's never seen or experienced anything like that before. She (Megan) loves the monorail.
We recently got back from a Disney trip and my daughter was just like yours with the stuff from Disney jr dance party. Later we also kept a giant leaf she found on the ground and insisted on keeping lol we loved the skyliner. I would love them to add it to more places
Your husband and I seem to be really similar with the motion sickness. So it was good to know about the skyliner. That would have STUNK for me if I got sick without even thinking about it ! Love your videos !!
We found the Skyliner to be an absolute God-send, especially with young kids. The only time there was a line was when parks were closing and even then it was pretty quick. Buses were always a disaster with large resorts like Pop and AoA. Having a system that is capable of loading 10 guests every few seconds is unimaginable. Now as a shareholder I have to say this is a massive win there as well. The bus system is partly contracted and costs a ton of money to keep running. The Skyliner is owned completely by Disney and is 90% automated. We had the chance to ride with a Skyliner cast member and she said it basically runs itself aside from e-stops and dispatching handicapped cabins.
The Skyliner is great and I love riding it, but I feel like you're discounting the human skill required of the conductors who assign guests to gondolas at busy times. They have to work super quickly and even then, they usually can't fit 10 people on each gondola
If you do and have to unpack some things from the stroller, they will have you step aside and then when you’re ready, they will get you on. It seemed to run pretty smooth.
We LOVED the Skyliner! We almost rode it in October the same night that it crashed and went down for like a week. Thank goodness we weren’t on it though!
I wish we could afford to visit again, just to try the sky-liner. It seams to cut off a lot of time between areas. It seems to be faster than the buses.
Rebecca Wigginton our first vlog popped up which was Ellie’s 3rd birthday. I was so depressed after watching it because it was like looking at a different little girl :( I hate how fast they are growing but love watching them grow into such amazing humans!
@@NeverlandFamily I am 41 , my son is about to be 21 !! Enjoy every minute with them , they are such polite, sweet kids , from what I see in the vlogs , I am sure u cut some stuff out 😂, but enjoy them , I blinked and now he is about to be 21 . Time has flown by , he had become the young man I hoped for , enjoy them while you can !!!!❤
This was so fun to watch!!! Thanks for showing us how it is on the skyliner with a stroller! So if you have a single stroller, do you have to fold it up?
Sophia V so this is what we saw... the family in front of us did not have to fold up their single stroller... they also had a skyliner to themselves. I will assume that if you have a single stroller and the skyliner is full, they will ask you to fold it up. But if you have one to yourself, they will be ok with you keeping it up. The double stroller does not fit through the door so that is why we have to fold it up. Hope this helps.
Single strollers can be rolled right on. Only double strollers need to be folded. We rode with a single and a double at the same time (we had a big group) and with the double folded, there was still room for all 8 of us.
That would be so difficult for her. There’s only a little window unwrapped on the door to look out of which is not enough. Definitely ask a cast member for an unwrapped skyliner.
Off topic: you have amazing skin! Every time I watch your videos I secretly wish you would do a skincare/makeup video! I also wonder where you get all your cool hats from!
Unfortunately no. We went from Pop/AOA to Caribbean which has the transfers to either EPCOT/RIVIERA or Hollywood Studios. We got on to the EPCOT skyliner which had a stop at the Riviera but we did not need to get off and then to EPCOT.

Neverland Family haven’t done the skyliner yet so I’m going with the ferry as my favorite! I did the poll in the video!!
We are wilderness lodge people, so Ferries for us! Thought the skyliner is a close second
Ferry.....followed closely with monorail
Bus (my kids are crazy but they love the bus the most)
Neverland Family it use to be the monorail but we loved the skyliner during the busy holidays in December. Skyliner!

I love it too! We like to make a game out of the monorail colors by naming the monorail a disney character based off the color lol

I am a Skyliner girl. I find the Skyliners to be so much smoother than the monorail. That does not mean that I do not like the monorail though.

Great video found info about the skyline helpful. Have a sister with epilepsy and those skyliners that are hard to look out could be issue for her.

Monorail is my favorite I have a question if you don’t know can you ask a cast member can 2 ecv fit on one skyline?
