You wanna know a slight tweak I would make to Lucio's ult? Make it so that it does damage to nearby enemies and boops them up in the air (similar to Hammond's Piledriver) and stuns them temporarily (fitting the Tinnitus voiceline) and another thing.
GIVE BOOP A WALL STUN LIKE IN THE OLIMPUS EVENT!
and then make lucio say meteor strike when he does his ult lol
Wall stun boop would be pretty insane, 4 second cooldown for a stun is only really balanced with a skill check like Doom punch
