It's curious because it's generic classic metal but for a visual kei band or even a japanese band, it doesn't sound generic at all for me , this metal is more American style metal mixed style, i really love it, Glad you reacted , about Yuhma solo not matching, it's because the camera cuts the scene , they have the chronometer all the time while recording but not actually playing lol oblivious its the studio version. But that's so normal when a song become a video. I saw this solo in live few weeks ago and really Yuhma does an awesome work. This song was also composed by Yuhma, but I would like you react to guitarist Souma song too , that is the main composer of XANVALA , the new song called Culture would be great, You will notice at first the difference in styles between them. Also Xanvala has 2 more composers Drummer Tomoya I recommend react to My black and bassist Nao I recommend react to Seisen . Would be great You react one by one.
And about the band the band has 4 years this year they are growing a lot, all their song has a very personal style and are great in R.I.P I really love the tatsumi voice work because it's so different to what he was doing before.
I hope more people check more Xanvala songs because they are doing really well
Poor Eric. Could've worded that better, but I know what you meant. I love me some generic metal anything at times. It transcends the generic when done well.
I'm sure there's a better word than generic but my brain is paste these days.
Xanvala are pretty decent and growing. I heard their first stuff, and need to get back to them. This was good.
